DESICCATED COCONUT
Vietnam is one of EIGHT leading coconut exporters in the world. Desiccated coconut is grown widely in Ben Tre,Tra Vinh province.
With pride of our country advantages of Coconut, Prosi expanded business to Coconut product. Desiccated coconut (DC) is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. Our desiccated coconut is manufactured 100 percentage from the white part of mature coconut kernel and we do not use any preservative to keep DC, that is reason that our DC is not injurious for health and fit for human consumption
Desiccated coconut are graded by its cutting size:fine grade and medium grade, where particle size of fine grade is smaller than medium grade. Desiccated Coconut is ideal for use as fillers, toppings and as ingredients, especially in the baking of biscuits, snack bars, cakes, cookies and so on.
Each month, we can produce more 300 tons of desiccated coconut, so we have the ablility to supply products in bulk to customers.
