More than 16,000 food professionals from around the world gathered in Chicago last month for IFT FIRST trade fair 2023.

Over the four days, from 16th July to 19th July, attendees had the chance to network with and learn from innovators throughout the food system. Whether they were attending the keynotes and fireside chats, taking part in scientific & technical forums, or conducting business with the 1,000+ companies exhibiting, opportunities abounded.

PROSI were pleasured to be one of exhibitor of trade fair, where we had a chance to meet great guests, be discussing and sharing business experiences and forging good relationships, making the fair a success.
